Role:
To drive innovation, efficiency, and seamless operations, we are seeking a skilled DevOps
Engineer to join our team. This position requires a deep understanding of development and
operations processes and hands-on experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft
Azure.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage code changes effectively.
Ensure smooth operation of our company’s cloud infrastructure.
Bridge the gap between development and operations by improving communication and
collaboration.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.
Work closely with operations staff to ensure systems are up and running smoothly.
Consult with management on solution operating needs.
Share knowledge about information system alternatives, risks, and operational effects.
Guide junior software engineers as they acquire expertise and take on DevOps duties.
Oversee solution installation and configuration.
Collaborate with team members on pipeline requirements and analyze test stage results
before deploying to production environment.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps engineer role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and familiarity with cloud services.
Experience with Terraform or equivalent technologies such as OpenTofu, Pulumi, or
Azure ARM Templates, Azure Bicep.
Strong technical background in development and operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with Configuration as Code (CaC): Ability to define and manage
infrastructure using code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
Proficiency in building automation pipelines for policy enforcement, settings, and
configurations.
Familiar with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript for scripting and automation tasks.
Having knowledge and experience working with Hybrid cloud environment before is a
plus.
