We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, deployment reliability, and operational excellence across our engineering teams.

Role Overview

Job Title: DevOps Lead
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Bangalore / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.

• Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using monitoring and logging tools.

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release and deployment processes.

• Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, performance optimization, security, and disaster recovery.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues across environments.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with organizational security and governance standards.

• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive technical best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:

  • EC2

  • S3

  • IAM

  • VPC

  • RDS

  • Lambda

  • CloudWatch

  • ECS/EKS

  • Route 53

• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.

• Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and cloud security best practices.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer) are an added advantage.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud infrastructure.

• Exposure to AI/ML deployment workflows is a plus.
