 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions and ensure the system’s scalability, reliability, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced Salesforce development expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

1. Custom Development: • Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance. 

2. Process Automation: • Develop and enhance automation processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. • Implement custom logic through Apex triggers to meet complex business requirements. 

3. System Integration: • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Zapier. • Design and develop custom data integrations and migration strategies. 

4. Testing & Deployment: • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing for all custom developments. • Use deployment tools like Change Sets, Gearset, or Copado to migrate changes across environments. 

5. Solution Design & Documentation: • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions. • Create technical design documentation and maintain development standards. 

6. Maintenance & Optimization: • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce platform, ensuring minimal downtime. • Optimize Salesforce configurations and code for improved performance. 

7. Collaboration: • Partner with Salesforce administrators and business analysts to refine requirements and deliver solutions. • Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and recommend new features or functionalities. 

Qualifications: 

1. Education & Experience: • bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in a complex Salesforce environment. 

2. Technical Expertise: • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. 

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API). 

• Knowledge of declarative tools (e.g., Flow Builder) is a plus.

 3. Certifications: 

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).

 • Salesforce Platform Developer II or other certifications (preferred). 

4. Tools & Technologies: 

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git. 

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado. 

5. Soft Skills: 

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Proficient in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud. 

• Agile expertise. 

• Skilled in Tableau CRM/Einstien Analytics. 

• Data migration with tools like Data Loader.
