Job Description: FinTech Proposal Manager / Senior Proposal & Solution Writer (BFSI)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-calibre B2B Proposal Writer to lead the creation of proposals, RFP/RFI
responses, solution documents, SOWs, and capability decks for FinTech, NBFC, Banking, and
BFSI enterprises. The role includes transforming complex technical inputs into clear, structured,
persuasive proposal narratives aligned to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal & RFP Ownership:
- Write and manage end-to-end proposals.
- Interpret RFP/RFI documents and ensure compliance.
- Build structured responses and maintain content libraries.
2. FinTech/BFSI Solution Writing:
- Write solution narratives for LOS, LMS, LSP, CAM, BRE, onboarding, KYC, AML, payments,
collections, risk.
- Convert SME inputs and architecture into structured diagrams and narratives.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collect inputs from product managers, tech leads, SMEs, founders.
- Translate raw notes into polished proposal sections.
- Align messaging with GTM teams.
4. Sales & Marketing Enablement:
- Prepare capability decks, briefs, and pitch content.
- Support sales customization.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual storytelling.
5. Quality & Process:
- Deliver customer-centric, visually clean documents.
- Continuously improve templates and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–10 years in proposal writing, presales, solution consulting.
- Deep understanding of FinTech + BFSI.
- Ability to structure workflows, architectures, and diagrams.
- Proficient in PPT/Slides/Word/Figma/Canva.
- High ownership and speed.
Preferred:
- Exposure to Bank/NBFC/Govt RFPs.
- Understanding of cloud, microservices, security, regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in AI/automation-led BFSI solutions.
