Create solutions on our ZOHO platform to meet the internal customer requirements.
Automate processes using ZOHO automation tools.
Create test scenarios and do solution testing.
Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues.
Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems.
Project management and project documentation.
Prepare Customised Management Reporting Dashboard
